By participating in the Interactive Easter Hunt, you acknowledge and agree to the following:Participation in this event involves children, accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, moving throughout the mall and engaging in various Easter-themed activities. While all reasonable precautions are taken, participation may involve certain risks, including but not limited to slips, trips, falls, or minor injuries.You confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the participating child/children and that they are in good health and able to take part in the event. You accept full responsibility for supervising the child/children at all times during the event.You hereby indemnify and hold harmless the mall, its management, employees, tenants, sponsors, and event organisers from any and all claims, liability, loss, damage, or injury that may arise from participation in the event.You acknowledge that the organisers are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the event, nor for any medical expenses that may arise.You agree that prizes are awarded at the judges’ discretion, all decisions are final, and prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any alternative.Each family is permitted one (1) event map only. Multiple entries are not allowed, and participants may not enter the event more than once.A participation fee is applicable. Entry is only confirmed once payment is received.You consent to photographs and videos being taken during the event and used for marketing and promotional purposes
