1. Participation Participation in the She Is Strong event and any associated competitions is voluntary. By entering, participants agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
2. Liability and Indemnity Participants acknowledge that they attend and participate in the event entirely at their own risk. Modism Holdings (Pty) Ltd, Oceans Mall, their affiliates, sponsors, partners, organisers, employees, contractors, and representatives shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, illness, accident, damage, or death that may occur as a result of participation in the event or any related activities. By entering the competition or attending the event, participants indemnify and hold harmless Modism Holdings (Pty) Ltd, Oceans Mall, their affiliates, partners, sponsors, and organisers from any claims arising from participation.
3. Photography and Media Consent Participants acknowledge that photography, video, and other media recordings may be taken during the event. By attending or participating, participants grant permission to Modism Holdings (Pty) Ltd, Oceans Mall, their partners, sponsors, and affiliates to use such media for marketing, promotional, publicity, and communication purposes across digital, print, and social media platforms.
4. Marketing Consent By entering the competition, participants consent to receiving future marketing communications, event information, and promotional material from Modism Holdings (Pty) Ltd, Oceans Mall, and their partners relating to She Is Strong and other related initiatives. Participants may opt out of such communications at any time.
5. POPIA Compliance All personal information collected as part of the competition or event registration will be processed in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). This information will be used solely for the purposes of administering the competition, event communication, and related marketing from Modism Holdings (Pty) Ltd, Oceans Mall, and their partners.
6. Prizes All prizes awarded as part of the competition are non-transferable and may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
7. Acceptance of Terms By entering the competition, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
